About Me:
Hmmmm what can I say . . . just another college student, drift fanboy that got into this hobby to build hot cars and have fun. I've been drifting close to a year now and still have lots to learn. I'm a newbie member to Team Slideways! I'll build and slide anything. You can find me at RCMH on Tuesdays and Thursdays for sure and possibly at an outdoor night session on the weekends. I'll try and upload pics of the different projects that come along here. And its always great to meet new people so feel free to add me. peace

The GC Nationals was great! I've never drifted with so many good people before. The tandems and lines in practice were the most fun. My teammate should have video up soon so I'll post it eventually.

I qualified in Advanced Class, went out in first round :p My teammate got into Pro but went out to Rob the champion, but he won the Gymkhana class to make up for it. The other guy we went with won Advanced class so that's two wins for Florida :)

it's really bad blacktop .
the picture makes it look better than what it is .
you can drift on it but you have to keep an eye out for cracks/imperfections.

There is alot of things I would do to the MR, but one tip is to adjust the kingpin screw at the bottom of your front suspension arm loose. Keep it so the spacer can be turned around by your finger. You won't loose kingpins that way.

Also if you plan to use one-way, use a tightened ball diff in the rear instead of solid so you won't keep damaging diffs.

The Soarer on the TC looks really good with those wheels! I checked out the MR-4TC SSG also, looks good.

Heh, welcome to the world of Yokomo. The parts are all interchangable between the chassis though so you're good. There are only a few different parts I know of like the blue universals that only work for the World's version. You should post up a photo of your new car :)

Right now it is just two of us. We were supposed to have about five drifters total from SFL going, but now for sure it is three.

Heh I wish I had the extra cash to head to the islands. It's tough enough getting the funds to head to CA. Then I have the fall semester a week after the event!
